Terms & Conditions

Last updated: Thursday 8th October 2026.

These terms apply to everything you buy from padeldorado.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

padeldorado.co.uk is run by Padel Dorado.

You can contact us at he***@************co.uk.

2. Your order

When you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted.

We may not be able to accept your order if, for example, an item is out of stock, we can’t authorise your payment, or there is a pricing error. If that happens, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.

You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and [include VAT / we are not VAT registered]. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We take payment when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by your chosen payment method.

We try hard to make sure prices on the site are correct. If we find a mistake in the price of something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Products

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and printed designs can vary slightly from item to item.

Sizes are given in our size guide. Please check it before ordering, as fit can vary between styles.

Many of our items are printed when you order them. This can affect delivery times, but it doesn’t affect your right to cancel (see section 6).

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only for now.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch, depending on your chosen delivery method. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. These times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, let us know and we’ll sort it out.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they’re delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.

To cancel, email he***@************co.uk with your name, order number and the items you want to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with any tags attached. You’re responsible for the cost of returning items unless they’re faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service.

We’ll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that you’ve sent it). We’ll refund to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund if items have been worn or damaged beyond what’s needed to check them.

Full details are on our Refunds & Returns page.

7. Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at he***@************co.uk within 30 days of delivery, with photos if possible. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our liability

If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable.

We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Our products are for personal use only. We’re not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

9. Website content

All designs, photos, logos and text on this site belong to Padel Dorado or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

10. Padel Dorado Expo

Tickets for the Padel Dorado Expo are sold through Eventbrite and are covered by Eventbrite’s terms and the event’s own terms, not by these terms. Exhibitor stands are covered by the terms in the Exhibitor Information Pack.

11. Your data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of that country.

If you have a problem, please contact us first at he***@************co.uk and we’ll do our best to put it right.
