Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Padel Dorado kit, on court and off. If something isn’t right, here’s how to send it back.
Changed your mind?
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Items must be:
- unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them
- free of marks, smells (including perfume or deodorant) and pet hair
- returned with any tags still attached
You’re welcome to try items on at home, the way you would in a shop, to check the size and fit.
How to return an item
- Email he***@************co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, the items you’re returning and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
- We’ll reply with our returns address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.
The cost of returning items is yours to pay, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and email you to let you know it’s been received.
We’ll refund you within 7 working days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3–5 working days to appear.
If you return your whole order, we’ll also refund the standard delivery cost you paid. We don’t refund extra charges for express delivery.
We may reduce the refund if an item comes back worn, washed or damaged.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you get the size you want before it sells out.
If you’d rather we swap it, say so in your email and we’ll send the new size once your return arrives, if it’s in stock.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email he***@************co.uk within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if you can.
We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we’ll cover the cost of the return postage.
This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items we can’t take back
- Gift cards.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery, unless they’re faulty.
Expo tickets
Padel Dorado Expo tickets are sold through Eventbrite. For ticket refunds, see the event page on Eventbrite or email us.
